If you ever get tired of  the soup after making a large batch you’ll love this idea! As your soup is cooking, clean and sterilize small jars and new snap lids. Ladle the boiling soup into very hot jars. Seal immediately with hot lids and cool on a rack or towel. Once they’re completely cooled check the ‘snap’ on each lid to make sure it has sealed. If the seal didn’t work store it in the fridge, otherwise keep it in your pantry for months!
