Don’t say good-bye to pie!
There are lots of options!
1. Line a pie pan with meringue. Just before serving fill with whatever you love! [Recipe under “cookies” tab]
2. Use crushed nuts as a substitute for a graham crust.
3. Use GF cookie crumbs as a graham crust substitute. Gingersnaps work well for pumpkin filling.
4. Don’t waste the crumbs from GF cold cereal, use them for graham type crusts.
BUT… I just discovered the BEST pie crust – better than any other, even non-celiacs love it! Thanks again to the Mennonite Girls!
