Chocolate Nut Puddle Cookies

or:

1 1/2 c. any combination of: chopped nuts, coconut, baking chips, etc
2 c. icing sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 ts. salt (my addition)
1 ts. vanilla
2 egg whites

Mix well. Drop in well-spaced ‘puddles’ on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 15 min., until they look dry and glossy on top.
