Encouragement for the newly diagnosed

It’s less depressing to use food that is naturally GF instead of inadequate substitutes.

Many of your favorite things ARE gluten free –

– fruit and veggies!

– meat, potatoes, rice

– most Mexican food; corn tortillas

– most jello and ice cream!

– potato chips and corn snacks

– rice and corn pasta taste good!  

– regular stores are offering more GF products almost monthly.
