Flour Blends

All Purpose GF Flour Blend

2 parts brown rice flour
1 part white rice flour
1 part cornstarch
1 part millet flour
1/2 part light buckwheat
1/2 part corn flour

This is very versatile – substitute other flours and starch just make sure to keep the proportion about 4 flour to 1 starch.

Mix well and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
